Amevista have often responded to 1 star reviews stating that they have “processed” a refund, however some reviewers have followed up, stating that this is not correct, and no refund has been received yet.
Please remember that you do not have to accept a voucher or credit note when a supplier does not fulfil an order.
The supplier is not legally entitled to keep your money for a product they did not supply. You can raise a Charge Back with your credit card provider or bank.
